Refund policy

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can give you the returns address. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund it and cover the cost of return postage. For other returns, the cost of return postage is paid by the customer.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.
