Shipping policy

We offer free tracked delivery to UK addresses on all orders.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and usually arrive within 7-12 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. To arrive in time for Christmas, please order by 3 December (10 December for the star projector). Items containing a battery, such as the Rechargeable Hand Warmer, ship on a separate tracked service and usually arrive within 10-18 working days (order by 25 November for Christmas).
